Fund Raising Committee:
Denise Moore/General Manager-Chair
* Develop fundraising activities
* Organize radio fundraising drive
* Develop grant proposals
* Obtain merchandise items as fundraising sources
* Research grant opportunities
Engineering Committee:
Aaron Sullivan/Operations Manager-Chair
* Develop plans for ‘On-Air’ Studio
* Plan the linkage of the studio to transmitter site
* Assist with acquisition of new Processor for the Audio Chain
* Develop future tower site for antenna and audio chain
* Production Room development
Educational Program Committee:
Faye Freeman-Smith-Chair
* Suggest/develop educational program topics
* Design the elements of program content
* Solicit subject matter experts for programs
* Oversee the design of the overall educational programming grid
* Determine funding sources in support of the programming schedule
Music Programming & Web Presence Committee:
Gil Chinnery-Chair
* Program station music
* Graphic Design
* Coordinate Web design
* Assist in taking web presence to next level in functionality
* Assist with maintenance of station servers
* Development of a Content Management System for the website
Communications Committee: Jeff Woodard
* Develop and maintain relationship with local media
* Develop/edit on-line newsletter
* Communicate items of WXRJ note to media
* Development of Advertising Campaigns
* Organize Radio Events
